Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. If a deposit is not received within three (3) business days of invoicing, the order will not be confirmed, and the date may be released. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date specified in your invoice.
Order Changes & Cancellations
-Design changes may be requested up to two (2) weeks before your event. After this deadline, no modifications can be made.
-Cancellations made at least one (1) month before your event may receive a refund, minus the deposit and any costs incurred for supplies or work already completed.
-Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the event are non-refundable.
-Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.
Product Concerns & Refund Policy
Each order is made fresh and handcrafted with care. If you have concerns about your order, they must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery for assessment. Refunds will NOT be given based on personal preference, including taste, sweetness, or texture, as these are subjective. If a legitimate issue arises, we may offer a credit toward a future order at our discretion.
Design Accuracy
While we strive to match inspiration photos as closely as possible, exact replicas are not guaranteed. Variations may occur due to different ingredients, lighting, techniques, and artistic interpretation. We are not responsible for discrepancies resulting from poor-quality, limited-view, or unclear reference photos.
Allergen Notice
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and food dyes. If you or your guests have allergies, please inform us before placing your order. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
Pickup & Storage Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up, it becomes the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for damages due to improper handling, transportation, or storage. Instructions on how to store your cake or treats will be provided.
